Trong phụ lục này, có ba bảng tương ứng với ba mức ý nghĩa là 0,05, 0,01 và 0,001. Do bảng có nhiều cột nên mỗi bảng gồm 2 phần, phần A tương ứng với các giá trị của `p` từ 2 đến 10, phần B tương ứng với các giá trị của `p` từ 11 đến 20.
